Intercropping
Growing two crops on the same land. A serious sin,
according to the bible (Leviticus), almost as bad as
wearing clothing of mixed fibres :-)
legumes, like beans and peas can share the soil
quite happily with non-legume crops, because they have different
nutrient requirements.
